Admission Requirements

Admission Criteria (Level 1, 3, 4 and 5)

To admit a trainee in Level 3; He/She is required to provide proof of Ordinary Level completion from NESA.

To admit a trainee in Level 4; He/She is required to provide proof of Level 3 completion and successful completion of all required modules.

To admit a trainee in Level 5; He/She is required to provide proof of Level 4 completion and successful completion of all required modules.

To admit a trainee in Level 1; He/She should have basic reading and writing skills in Kinyarwanda and be at least 17 years old.

After registration, trainees receive school and practical uniforms and other necessary learning materials.

Registration Process

TRADES AND AVAILABLE LEVELS:

  1. Culinary arts / one year ( level 1)
  2. Food and beverage operations (level 3)
  3. Food and beverage operations (level 4)
  4. Food and beverage operations (level 5)
  5. Tourism (level 3)
  6. Tourism (level 4)
  7. Tourism (level 5)

Documents to be Submitted

  • Registration Form (To be completed)
  • School Report papers (Photocopy)
  • One photocopy of the identity Card
  • One Ream of paper (Lame de papier)/Term
  • Information on Medical insurance used (Mutuel, RAMA…)
  • A proof of school fees payment (Paid at the bank before attending the class)

ADMISSION CRITERIA (Short Course)

  1. 17 years old with at least primary basic education level is allowed
  2. Holder of any degree of higher learning institution is also allowed in this practical program
  3. After registration, the trainee is allowed for practical uniform and other necessary learning materials

THE LEARNING PROCESS (SHORT COURSE PROGRAM)

  1. First 3months are divided into 12 weeks for specific practical activities in culinary arts at school
  2. The next one month is for Business creation module and other soft skills
  3. The remaining two months are for internship program in the hotel
  4. We use to connect our graduates with the employment opportunities
